Vice City Attack & Defense Staff Team:

Vice City Attack & Defense's staff team is split into 3 ranks in descending order of power and responsibility. All of the staff are equal, regardless of their ranks. These different roles exist not as a hierarchy but rather for the proper functioning of the server. These are are the following:

Management is responsible for the management of the Server, Discord and Forums to ensure that Vice City Attack & Defense is always adhering to its ethos. They are the constitutional court of the Staff Team. Their role is regarding overall management and taking care of internal disputes and discipline of all members of staff.

Scripters are responsible for the maintainence of the Scripts, updating Server features and fixing all the bugs related to VCAD. This rank is the heart and sole of our team.

Administrators are responsible for the administration of the Server and Forums to ensure that VCAD is constantly growing, with new innovative ideas discussed with Managers to be added accordingly. They are the core of the Staff Team. Their role is regarding the community's suggestions in improving the server and in punishing rulebreakers reported to them by Moderators appropriately. The approval of new player's accounts falls under the duty of Admins too.

Moderators are responsible for the moderation of the Server to ensure that players are continually following the rules, with any rule breakers reported to Administrators to be dealt with appropriately. They are the trial rank of the Staff Team. Their role is regarding the community's queries and guiding beginners in their understanding of the server.

The Vice City Attack & Defence's staff team's main purpose is to serve the needs of the community. No staff member, regardless of their rank, is any more superior or any less accountable for their actions than any other person.

The staff team is assembled from it's core in such a way to never allow a single person or group of people with authority to solely dictate the direction and decisions of the server without the consensus of the majority of the community.

If anyone sees a member of the staff team abusing their powers or responsibilities, they have every right to raise a report against that member. This report will then be thoroughly discussed amongst other members to evaluate its validity and severity, from which a final fair and just decision will be made.

This fairness and justness applies to all members of the staff team with no compromises, including members of Management. Ranks for the members of staff are not fixed and may be adjusted at any time according to their contributions and overall activity within the server, Discord and forums.

Since we've aimed for VCAD to be a "Community" server thus not only limiting Management positions for the VU's only. We've decided to make some changes in the staff pool. aXXo will now be stepping down from Management to Administrator position and Sean will assume charge as a Manager. These positions will keep changing considering the overall activity and contributions towards VCAD.

Mashreq is now holding the Scripter rank which also falls under the Management but mostly dealing with Server maintenance. We are hoping to meet the expectations which community always wanted.

We've another asset for the VCAD Community who've always been active and stayed loyal to our server. Wr*blix has joined VCAD staff as an Administrator. As an experienced person, we expect some great ideas making VCAD an enjoyable place for the Community.

Here we are with the first wave of recruitment! Sevrin and OmaRosh, who've assisted us a lot in the past with their incredible knowledge of the gamemode will be joining the staff team as server Administrators! We also have Deko, who'll be blessing us with his creative ideas as a server Moderator!

With that, we move a step up today to make the community a more player friendly zone! A very warm welcome to ya'll!

We are hiring some fresh blood into the team. We strongly believe they would carry us way forward with their valuable contributions towards VCAD. We expect a lot from them and we are sure they will give their maximum. Without another word, I am happy to share with VCAD Community that Ülker and Martyrdom has joined us as a Moderator.

Along with that, we've another GIANT who's joining us again in this journey and we are pleased to welcome him again. We feel happy to have experienced people like juan with us. He's joining as an Admin. Congratulations guys!

Just another important announcement for VCAD's People that we are now expanding our mapping team. HarryPotter and Xmair will be managing server maps.

Silent and ZeeX are joining us a Moderator who are experienced enough in this game-mode to assist us and players during any trouble. We wish to grow more in the coming days with your contributions.

Martydom has resigned from VCAD due to workload in real life. We at VCAD thank him for all the contributions made. Martydom is an influential personality for all staff due to his selfless services towards the server. Hope we can always look back and take somethings to learn. Good luck for future endeavours.

As we promised from day one, this server is for Community thus staff positions aren't restricted to specific players. Keeping that in mind, @Sean has agreed to step down from his duties as Management (due to inactivity) & will continue to serve as an Admin now. @Gohan will replace Sean for the Management position given his time, experience and dedication towards the server.

Besides that, we've one more good news to share: @Inferno and @SkaZ107 are now VC-AD Moderators. Congratulations fellas, Together we will be grand.
