Hello there Danish. Thanks for showing your interest in joining the event staff team!

Unfortunately for the time being you do not meet the criteria of what we are looking for in a staff member due to the following reasons: As a result of past experiences in previous AD championships where you have been found to be consistently slacking in your duties as a Referee, majority of the event staff team does not feel confident that things might be different this time around. Sorry but at this time the event staff team is looking for dedicated and motivated Referees which is a quality many of us think you lack at this time. Better luck next time.
