Extra Information: as an Arabic player, I found the use of "Arab" in this derogatory context deeply offensive and hurtful, Such language perpetuates racism and xenophobia, creating an unsafe environment
my answer ingame was "if in egypt sucks dicks doesnt mean all arabs does" if in egypt sucks dicks doesnt mean all arabs does" Because i know the country he lives in that why i addressed him based on that If he had a bad experience with Arabs in his country, this does not mean that all Arabs are the same then i was surprised by mute for 10 minutes.

I understand that mistakes were made on both sides. Claude should have used more appropriate language, especially in such sensitive situations. On your end, even if you misunderstood the message, you shouldn't have insulted his country in return. A better approach would have been to reach out and ask for clarification, or to create a discussion topic about it.

 I logged into the server, he said that phrase, and I initially thought it was directed at me. his choice of words was ill-advised, as it sounded like he was addressing people, not things. i never intended to insult his country i assumed he had a bad experience with Arabs. things escalated quickly and I didn’t get the chance to clear up the misunderstanding
