Vice City Attack & Defense Staff Team:
Vice City Attack & Defense's staff team is split into 3 ranks in descending order of power and responsibility. All of the staff are equal, regardless of their ranks. These different roles exist not as a hierarchy but rather for the proper functioning of the server. These are are the following:
Management is responsible for the management of the Server, Discord and Forums to ensure that Vice City Attack & Defense is always adhering to its ethos. They are the constitutional court of the Staff Team. Their role is regarding overall management and taking care of internal disputes and discipline of all members of staff.
Scripters are responsible for the maintainence of the Scripts, updating Server features and fixing all the bugs related to VCAD. This rank is the heart and sole of our team.
Administrators are responsible for the administration of the Server and Forums to ensure that VCAD is constantly growing, with new innovative ideas discussed with Managers to be added accordingly. They are the core of the Staff Team. Their role is regarding the community's suggestions in improving the server and in punishing rulebreakers reported to them by Moderators appropriately. The approval of new player’s accounts falls under the duty of Admins too.

Moderators are responsible for the moderation of the Server to ensure that players are continually following the rules, with any rule breakers reported to Administrators to be dealt with appropriately. They are the trial rank of the Staff Team. Their role is regarding the community’s queries and guiding beginners in their understanding of the server.
The Vice City Attack & Defence’s staff team’s main purpose is to serve the needs of the community. No staff member, regardless of their rank, is any more superior or any less accountable for their actions than any other person.
The staff team is assembled from it’s core in such a way to never allow a single person or group of people with authority to solely dictate the direction and decisions of the server without the consensus of the majority of the community.
If anyone sees a member of the staff team abusing their powers or responsibilities, they have every right to raise a report against that member. This report will then be thoroughly discussed amongst other members to evaluate its validity and severity, from which a final fair and just decision will be made.
This fairness and justness applies to all members of the staff team with no compromises, including members of Management. Ranks for the members of staff are not fixed and may be adjusted at any time according to their contributions and overall activity within the server, Discord and forums.[/list][/list]
