To maintain fairness, replacements will only be approved for teams with at least 2 inactive players. If another team already has 6 active players, they will not be given priority. More focus will be given to teams with more inactive players, and those teams should work to fix their lineup first before requesting further changes.

First of all, it is NONE of your business to report Claude because neither were you present at the scene where you claimed that Capo was not team griefing. And neither you have the proof to prove him wrong or right, you're just giving your opinions here.
The report is denied, per no evidence being provided to prove any wrongdoing by the moderator. Without valid proof, the case holds no weight and is dismissed.
