Reason for replacement: Juan says he cannot commit to playing because of family commitments and additional workload.
Is the player confirmed unavailable? (yes/no): Yes, he hasn't showed up for training, Sunday match or in VCAD
Did you try to get him to play in your team? If yes, what did he say?: Yes, been trying for 2 weeks, no response.
Additional notes: I already have 1 tier 2 inactive i.e Fallen, i need atleast my tier 1s available for matches
