Use this form to officially request a replacement for a player in your team, and create a new topic in this board for each request. All entries must be clear and honest.

⚠ IMPORTANT RULES FOR REPLACEMENT REQUESTS
- You cannot request a replacement for any player who has already played a match — no exceptions will be made.
- Replacement requests must not attempt to replace a player who is currently banned due to RPG warns. (Technically this is covered by the first rule, because a player who received a CR warn has played — this is written here for your information.)
