Unfortunately for the time being you do not meet the criteria of what we are looking for in a staff member due to the following reasons: Lack of experience in both gamemode and referee'ing. I suggest you to hang out in the server more often and also use the chance that you are participating in Magna to gain some experience and improve yourself in this regard. Better luck in the future!
